SEA Registration requirements

1) 2 Passport sized photos

2) Original Birth Certificate and a copy

3) SEA slip

4) Parents I.D. and a copy

5) Proof of Citizenship if student is a national born outside of Trinidad and Tobago

6) Valid student permit and any revelant documents for non-nationals

7) Affidavits for:

-No name on Birth Certificate

-The name on the Birth Certificate does not correspond with the name on the results.
